Thankyou Bhante, for posting these videos on Meditation/Yoga postures, I have found them to be very useful, as a westerner I can sometimes find it difficult to sit in even 1/4 Lotus position. I´d like to know if there are any good (less painful) ways to make the joints and muscles of the legs more flexible so that one day, I too can sit in the full lotus position during Meditation? Since this seems to be the most optimal way of practice. With Metta // David
