I just returned from Sri Lanka where I attended the 3 day Global Mindfulness Summit. During the conference part of my participation was narrating a 25 minute yoga demonstration. The exercises were performed by my friend/student Gitan Rajapakse. Here is a link on Youtube: Yoga for Meditators Demonstration
After the Summit Conference was over I lead a 3 day Mindfulness with Yoga retreat at the Kalagoda Vipassana Meditation Center.
I am now back in California visiting my mother.
I will return to the Lion of Wisdom Meditation in Maryland on March 28th.

Gassho Bhante! You probably don't remember me, but I was a short-term resident at Bhanava off and on throughout the 90s. Phil Minh Thong Holbrook, the big, tattooed Zen guy who studied Jhana with you for a while during that time. Great to catch up and learn what you've been up to. Hope to see you soon at the new place.

I think you're the first Theravada monk to combine Yoga with mindfulness meditation. This is pioneer work and much needed in the west. Sadhu!
